I wrote a song of life,
Hiding from the man staring at me,
Constantly day and night,
I refused when he asked me for a cup of tea,
how could I share the dream I always held?

I wrote a song of life,
Hiding from the man staring at me,
Asked me to serve him a bee on the leaf,
swallow my enthusiasm and digest my grief,
but could you ever lose yourself for him?

I wrote a song of life,
When I asked for privacy from him,
He was annoyed and fuzzed by my choice,
Sorry, but I won’t forgive,
Questions are vain to question my selection.

I wrote a song of life,
Different paths I chose,
I spend time to flourish,
I fired my soul to fulfill my dreams!
Proud of myself — happy that it’s a win.
