The Lark

Ice Ice… Maybe?

Ode to the Mr Cubemiser

Sometimes a muffled crash
breaks the stillness of the night
as the ice maker, so rude and brash,
springs sporadically to life.

Despite different fridge iterations,
all seem to be so uptight,
manifesting the machinations
of spotty ice-making out of spite.
