Listening to the Silence

If there’s time to dream

Alone on a sunny day at home
The road was empty of vehicles
Brown and yellow leaves lay still
I sat down to listen to the silence!

Barren land faired the scene
The Roadside bushes clicked in
Birds nestled to beat the Sun
Watchful squirrels left their nuts!

New blossoms handled the shine
Lazy bees appeared but muffled
A black cat slept near the door
A row of ants traced the wall!

A peaceful dreamy world, I created
From those little things that day!
