Withered and torn
Drowning in heartache
A thorn in my side
Past life I mourn

To be free of this Tempest Storm

Thrown, shriveled, and tossed
Turmoil of commotion
Powerful emotion
Lost in devotion

To be free of this Tempest Storm

Glimpses of light
Not enough to get me through
Feeling forlorn
Tattered, scattered, and tossed around
Wanting to be found!

Being drawn deeper into this storm

Is anybody going to save me from this Tempest Storm?

Definitely like a rant and chant but not a goddess just in my dreams. Take me as I am. No airs or graces with me. Yorkshire Poet, Acting coach, Director.
