I had seen him here & there, almost always there and here,

Closing eyes in front of a mirror

I got a feeling of the unknown

but a warmth I had never known

A person standing to support me, I thought

But the blind man, that he is

He threw me into the abyss…

Without realizing my fall

I pray that he regains his vision

A petty selfish prayer — That he may

Uplift me into a bright & prosperous future

Dark or Light — Ushers in an unknown terrain

are always welcome

His eyes still closed — He has no intent

to use them anymore

I decided to give up, quit on him

Leave him, erase my memories of him

A last tempting peep — Unquenchable thirst that it is

my buried self came out of the deep

His tears of ecstasy

His all-seeing eye — Wide open

Announcing his Presents — Death,

Benevolent and a mandatory one at that

Life’s only certainty

Not for him, who is no life

but for me, who is just a piece of life

Ignore my Fallacies or Advise

Love
