Staring at the exhausted eyes
I am rubbing my face

one time, slowly, like waiting for a beautiful wonder
two times, quickly, like patience is too intricate to bear
three times, roughly, like brushing off the dirt
four times, carelessly, like seeking the limit
five, six, or seven times, rhythmically, like repeating a prayer
last time, soothingly, like finishing up something delicate

Staring at the tired eyes
I am turning around.
