It’s not that Cash Thomas lost the holiday spirit; he had simply never acquired it. As a child, he didn’t bother visiting department store Santas or making a Christmas list. His affluent parents always gave him anything he desired, any time he wanted. It was their misguided way of showing their love to him in their constant absence.
