The Will to Survive

Poetry

And so the shadows grow,
grown men and women sow the seeds of a bitter harvest to come.
Only the strong will survive, those that can see with new eyes, for this will require the survivors to create a new world from the ashes.
Their hubris shall scatter the bones of men, women and children.
