Long lonely nights and a reverence for the sea,
they sought comfort in each other’s arms,
an understanding that could only come from a lust for life — grasped — from having an appreciation of nature and the comfort that can come from being in another’s arms, embedded within, for there, as in nature, they are naked, exposed, and vulnerable.
