Why Do We Need a Candle?

Poetry

Photo by Bannon Morrissy on Unsplash

Sometimes, the electric light fails,
Sometimes, the hope of life trails,
Sometimes, the plan goes out of rail,

So, we need illumination to replenish
the electric lights
So, we need the courage to end the
trail of life
So, we need the determination to bring
the plan on rails
