Mindful poetry

Fall’s colder days have arrived
Teasing winter not far behind,
Summer flowers are mostly dead
Tree leaves now abundantly falling
World exchanges color for light browns.

Sun arises slowly in later stages
Darkness’s cover lingers longer,
Feel of changes cannot be denied
Internal clocks…
