Rocketbook’s Naughty or Nice List
We made a list and checked it twice.
Everyone knows how it goes: Santa makes a list of all the children who are naughty and all children who are nice. On Christmas morning, the naughty children receive coal while the nice ones receive the gifts they asked for.
That’s exactly what this is, except we’re making the list, not Santa (and our list is compatible with Smart Lists in the Rocketbook app). Read on to find out which list you ended up on in 2022. Happy holidays and enjoy…
The Naughty List
This list does not make us jolly, it feels more like Jack Frost nipping at our nose. But it’s a necessary evil, so here we go.
The Sharks
It’s no secret, we have a long-standing beef with the Sharks. Like an estranged uncle you no longer invite to holiday dinner, the Sharks and us have a complicated relationship. Despite their spot on The Naughty List, the Sharks laughing us off the show put a chip on our shoulder, which helped propel us to success. We’ve used the experience as a guiding light, like Rudolph’s bright red nose (but more emotionally scaring). For that, we thank them and wish them nothing but a happy holidays!
Regular Notebooks
Ho ho however you feel about regular notebooks, we can all agree they deserve a little coal. If nothing else, regular notebooks and coal go together well. They’re both an old school version of something that isn’t great for the environment. That said, we would never have created the reusable Rocketbook notebook if regular notebooks didn’t exist. For that, we thank them and wish them a happy holidays, too. Uh oh, is this list getting too sappy?
This Person in Particular
We have a video dedicated to how much we value customer input and feedback. Actually, it’s why we do Kickstarter campaigns–so we can gather suggestions from our customers and fulfill their requests. We also have an entire page for taking customer ideas. That said, this person is on The Naughty List. If they were carolers out in the snow, they’d be singing off key (we assume). But even still, happy holidays to them.
The Nice List
This list tastes like milk and cookies. It smells like marshmallows toasting. It feels like kids jingle belling.
TikTok
This year, our team got an office. It was our Christmas wish and it came true! Since then, we’ve been filming TikToks in the office, in spacesuits, for your enjoyment (and at our embarrassment). We’re proud to say we’ve hit 1 million likes and are verified…we should bring this up, too: many of our most viral videos reference the Sharks, so we’ll need to add another thank you to them here. Rocketbook Everyday Planner
Is this a not-so-subtle product placement of our new, minimalist, undated, reusable planner designed to be used everyday by anyone? Technically, yes. But is it product placement when it’s our product that we’re placing? We’re going to say no. So if your holiday season isn’t going so well, at least make the new year better with a planner that adapts to you. Check it out for yourself.
Jackie & Doris
We have two sisters on our Customer Happiness team, and their names are Jackie and Doris. If they were pine trees and our compliments were ornaments, they’d probably tip over under the weight of all that’s hanging from their branches. But they’re not trees, and our compliments won’t make them tip over so we can say that they are are amazing! Don’t take our word for it:
