Manage multiple lists

Managing your prospect lists is now simpler and easier with the IQ List.

You can still manage your list in Google Sheets if you prefer. But the IQ List will never show duplicate records and always sync with the app.

Edit prospect and report bounce

To edit a prospect, simply double click on the cell. You can also mark an email as a bounce email.You can now report your bounces to us in the app, notify us and we’ll verify and add credits for the bounces.

We guarantee 95% deliverability, so you should not get more than 5% bounces.

Bulk sync to Salesforce, review Salesforce sync status, sync errors, and outdated sync status

Didn’t see your records in Salesforce? You can now review the sync status in the web app, correct issues, and re-sync easily,

You can sync to Salesforce in bulk too. LeadIQ will not create duplicate records if the data already exists in Salesforce.

Note:

1. If you are using another CRM that’s not Salesforce, you can simply export to CSV and upload to your CRM.

2. Now, Salesforce Integration is only available if you subscribe to Growth plan or higher.

Identify prospect for a duplicate Account that already exists in your Salesforce CRM

LeadIQ lets you know if there are existing accounts in Salesforce with the same domain name, but a different name.

LeadIQ will suggest you to use the same account to avoid creating duplicate accounts.

2. LeadIQ chrome app has a new look!

The chrome app has a make over and more powerful capabilities are coming soon.

Some of you have requested for the ability to view the result of your capture in the chrome app without having to go to Google Sheets or the web app!

We are working hard to deliver it, and will let you know when it’s available!
