Trump’s plans to make America even greater
Having been elected president a second time, Donald Trump has quickly answered his critics by releasing the first of what he promises to be many policy papers. A few excerpts follow:
Some critics say that I don’t have the political experience to be president. Nothing could be further from the truth. Check the numbers; I’ve already served four years as president and four more as quasi-president
Let’s face it; our nation has problems, huge problems that may seem insurmountable to mere politicians but are just business as usual for a guy like me. Take America’s financial woes. As an extremely successful real estate mogul and developer, I know what it takes to balance the books.
Trust me; I am the only candidate in a position to save this great country from the path of insolvency it is on. My companies have filed for bankruptcy on several occasions and, having personally been on the brink of bankruptcy, I know how to cook the books.
I also know what success looks like and that’s why I am proposing nothing short of a Re-branding of America. Even a modest licensing program for our world-recognized brand will yield billions of dollars. Those are dollars that can be used to build hotels, casinos and, if necessary, even roads and bridges.
