No Trial, No Problem, Welcome to a Foreign Prison
Should President Donny be afraid of foreign prisons?
President Donny gives the middle finger to the Supreme Court. And any other court. He’s laughing at them. Facilitate, effectuate! They cry, Foreign policy butt out! What a bunch of crap! No checks and balances? Is a court order now just a suggestion, depending on who you are?
Question —could the Supreme Court have avoided this if they weren’t so wordy? They could have usurped one of Donny’s favorite words–mandate.
Advice to the Supreme Court, when it comes back to you. And it will. Act like President Donny’s government is a bunch of second-graders. Dump the legalese. Talk to them like they’re toddlers.
