Hi, folks. As we wrap up our current threads of research and creation, the Lenfest Local Lab will be shutting down in the coming weeks.

As we complete our work, we’ll be sharing additional insights, code, and data from our work here in the hopes of supporting other local news innovation projects and people.

We hope that our contributions help other innovation groups set benchmarks for success and continue building pathways for inclusive and cross-disciplinary approaches to news product development that prioritize creating things with, and not just for, communities.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to have done this work in service of residents and neighborhoods in the Philadelphia area.

Thanks for your support!
