It’s clear that the purpose of the in-flight safety instructions is to explain something serious without causing panic.

Here is my take on how a “before getting married” safety instructions card should look like.

As they say, the best way to meet someone is to travel with her/him. Marriage for us feels like one of the best flights we have decided to take. This flight has taken us to strengthen our character and to highlight the best of both, it has allowed us to know each other, find things that we love and also things that drive us crazy.

Today, you and your partner are about to take a flight together. Flight conditions predicts turbulence along with emotional ups and downs. This will be a flight full of moments that will take your breath away and others that will take away your sleep.

These are the 4 safety recommendations that we want to share to make your flight more pleasant and safe:

Love. Love has to be present in all the moments of your flight. Love has many sides and you need to ready to experience them… From fraternal love, romanticism, desire, family love (because you are about to create a new family), etc.

Celebrate. Celebrate your personalities and qualities, your differences, your intensities … Celebrate that you are two very brave people that have decided to start a new life together.

Admire. Respect and admiration should be present at all time during the flight.

Relax. Everything is going to be fine. When you are getting married nobody tells you to relax. There will always be pressure and uncertainty but just remember that you have each other to cope with everything.

Please be aware that in order to maximize your experience through this flight there should be love, respect and above all a lot of communication. Communication will allow you to continue, even if it is not clear yet what is the destination.

Thank you for your attention. We hope you enjoy your flight!
