As a slow woman myself, I have barely time to do things that I have planned towards my goals — at least that is the feeling I get. At least, I finish late in the evening to write, do my projects and hobbies.

But I also enjoy what I am doing. I can’t handle the rush in life. That is too difficult for me. I need to slow down and I need some peace in my body. Thinking about a lot that’s on my mind and what I need in my life. But also when I walk in nature, I don’t want to walk fast. I want to see what nature there is. I want to enjoy and capture the moment in my brain, in my memory.

The slow person

A slow person is someone who understands things slower than the average person. Or someone who is not fast in the mind.

What you can learn from slow people

  • Slow people don’t need the rush to find what they want
  • They love being in nature much more
  • They need more time to learn new things
  • They’re good listeners
  • The look carefully if everything is correct
