It’s Impossible to Move Forward When You Are Stuck in Grief

Like most people I’ve lost loved ones from death and breakups. The day my paternal grandmother died was one of the most difficult days of my life, but I never felt alone in the grief. My friends and family were by my side. Life went back to normal relatively quickly.
