The Idea

The Lightning Project strives to tap into raw creativity through short fiction written in only 10 minutes. Writers are often plagued by perfectionism, which can be stifling.
10 minute flash fiction, on the other hand, encourages a flow of ideas. It encourages experimentation and concise concepts. Most of all, it encourages continual improvement, because you can iterate faster.
The Editors
The Lightning Project was created by writer Atlas Blaine, who is presently the sole editor.
