3 Virtual Ways to Show your Collection
There has been some discussion about the best way to show off an Art Blocks collection, so we thought it’d be helpful to show a few ways to display your pieces. After all, art is meant to be enjoyed, so let’s figure out how you can get the most from your collection.
Before you get started, make sure you’re connected to the wallet that holds your NFT collection. These websites check your wallet and will only display work that you currently own.
CryptoVoxels.com
This will be the most expensive option, but building your own gallery in the metaverse gives collectors the ability to create and curate a unique experience. One popular option for a metaverse gallery is CryptoVoxels.
The platform runs in your browser and is free to use and explore. (Protip: press “F” to fly)
To buy a parcel, check out what’s available on OpenSea. CryptoVoxel has an active development team that’s constantly releasing new land, experimenting with integrations and parcel sizes. One exciting initiative is creating smaller entry-level plots so newcomers can start building without digging too deep in their wallets.

One of the best features is the ability to collaborate with other collectors by giving multiple wallets the ability to edit the same plot. This makes the platform a real sandbox and mostly limited by your creativity.
CryptoVoxels is just one option for a metaverse experience and we encourage you to check out other platforms as well. OpenSea’s Virtual Worlds collection is a great way to explore other metaverse platforms.
Free(mium) Metaverse
It’s tough for newcomers to commit to a premium plot, which is totally understandable, so let’s talk about some free/low-cost options to curate and display your collection.
Kunstmatrix.com
If you’re looking for a polished gallery, this is about as close as you’ll get. Kunstmatrix is free for 10 or fewer pieces. Paid plans start at $12 per month and increase as your gallery grows. It’s important to note that the free option does not include a public gallery but is still a great way to curate your own collection for personal use. If you decide to pay for the Kunstmatrix platform, you’re able to buy prebuilt galleries to create the perfect vibe for your collection.
One great example of a curated collection using Kunstmatrix’s platform with a gallery from Ikonospace is Daniel Catt’s gallery.
When you enter the gallery, you’re able to walk around freely, or you can take a guided tour. You’re able to see the details of the project if you click on the piece. There’s also a link to the OpenSea listing so gallery visitors can view it on the marketplace.
Oncyber.io
If you’re looking for a free option to display your collection, I cannot recommend OnCyber.io highly enough. The site is fairly new, but they’ve made an immediate impact with their free, easy-to-use, and publicly sharable platform.
Cyber has four prebuilt gallery layouts to choose from. Unfortunately, there is no way to edit the layouts, and there are a set number of spots to hang your art, but the project is still young, and the team is developing and expanding the capabilities.
One of the best features of Cyber is how easy they make it to share your gallery. Once you connect your wallet, you’ll be able to create a username and share the link to your gallery. You can check out mine at oncyber.io/druid.
More and more options
There is no way we could comprehensively cover all the available platforms, but these are a few I’ve seen the Art Blocks community use to show off their collections. And as the platform grows, I think we will see a growing importance of curating a gallery experience in the metaverse.
Of course, the metaverse isn’t for everyone. An obvious omission here is physical options to display your art. In the next article, I’ll outline some options for displaying Art Blocks projects in the real world.
