Goals for 2018

- Volunteer 12 times. (I only made it to 9x last year — and did it all in two weeks — buuuut I can do better.)
- Read my age in books and read equal. (The latter was one of my favorite new goals and had the biggest impact on my year.)
- Identify 2–3 big problems I’d like to deeply understand. (revised from ‘Work on big problems’)
Current thoughts: hunger, violence, democracy - Make health a habit.
Do a 7+ minute workout or 40+ minute walk every day (one rest/week).
Buy groceries bi-weekly and make food with the groceries.
Drink all the water. - Pay attention.
Meditate every day.
Practice more mindful listening, especially when there are screens nearby. - Make things I’m proud of.
Always be making.
Build my skills, invest in training, improve existing work.
Make money. - Donate 5% of my monthly income. (revised from 2%)
