Unusual method of infusing green tea

Tea made using equipment I have never seen before.
Pour in boiling water.
Leave for four minutes.
Release into carafe below.
Pour and enjoy.
- 4 g green tea
- 250 g boiling water
- 4 minutes.
The top bowl has a metal gauze filter through which the tea flows.
