Saving is one of things we all know we should be doing, but it can be a pain to get started. You may be putting some money aside every few months but are you really saving? Are you putting money away for specific goals or just putting money in an account?

Its some tricky waters to navigate when you are looking for ways to fix and better this savings process.

And we really hope there’s an app for this huh?

Guess what? There’s a lot of apps for this, so now, we struggle to find out which app to use.

Guess what again? 😊

I found money saving apps that can help you on your journey, it can be saving money shopping, or saving money for retirement. These apps will help you get started.

In this apps we find services that will help you save more money and save more time. Two of the most valued resources we have. Enjoy

Clarity Money-

Clarity Money

Clarity Money is budgeting app that shows you how you do on your budget, it shows income, expenses, Transactions and provides you with graphs to track your trends.

It even categorizes your expenses for you.

Clarity money will analyze your spending patterns and offer you advice on how to better budget your money for the future.

They even offer a way to check your credit score,

Another cool feature Clarity money has is their partnership with our next app, Acorns.

Acorns-

Acorns is an investing/savings app that rounds up the change from purchases you make and invests that change. While Clarity focused on Budgeting, Acorns focuses on Investing.

It will ask you questions about your income, net worth, and risk tolerance to find the right investments for you and invest your change to funds that will grow your money.

Acorns does charge a fee of $1 a month for accounts less than $5000 and 0.25% of your account balance annually for more than $5,000. However, you can get a free account if you are a college student.

Honey-

Are you a shopper who simply loves to get good deals? Do you shop online?

This is the greatest browser extension app for your needs, this browser extension will search the internet for coupon codes to apply to your purchases every single time you shop. And they offer this service to you for FREE.

There headline says “if there is a better price, we’ll find it”

Honey users are getting an average savings of $126 a year just from buying what they already buy.

Digit-

Digit is an AI automatic savings app that tracks your past spending and analyzes your future spending to find times to safely pull money out of your bank account and save it for you.

They place your money in an FDIC insured bank account and promise to never overdraft your account.

This app is great if you really struggle to save money, but there is a catch.

Digit is a $5 a month service. So, if you save less than $5 a month, you are losing money with this app. Most app reviewers have found that Digit is not the best app for sophisticated savers.

Digit is best for those who are in a last-ditch effort to save money and need somebody to do most of the work for them.

Qapital-

Qapital is a goal setting automatic savings app.

The concept is quite interesting. You can setup rules for you account to transfer money to your savings account in Qapital based on rules you set.

Like if you watch Netflix on your phone, it transfers $10 to your Qapital account. Qapital is a lot like Digit in its structure but has a different fee structure.

Basic $3/mo.

Complete $6/mo.

Master $12/mo.

Qapital is an app that is best for those looking to force themselves into savings using tricky rules they set up. If you are a sophisticated saver this app may not be for you.

Final thoughts on savings apps-

While these apps may not be best for the savvy savers, these apps will work great for those looking to start their savings journey. Some apps focus differently as they look to provide more value to you while others focus solely on their main goal.
