Easier than the mechanism of a hair comb!

There are those friends with whom you feel even after 20 years like resuming last week’s conversation. That was the very feeling I had yesterday when my friend JC and his beautiful family came over to visit.
I prepared a tuna tartare for the occasion. It is super easy, looks quite fancy, and yet, is easy to prepare.
Here is the recipe to try it yourself:
Ingredients (4 people):
3 tuna filet, 3 cibols, 2 avocados, 3 tomates, 1 lime, sesame seeds, soja sauce, sesame oil, wasabi paste, salt, black pepper and BroccoCress.
For the presentation, you need a mold like the one in the picture.

Preparation:
- Cut the tuna in small dices. Reserve.
- Put in a bowl 6 spoons of soja sauce, 1 spoon of sesame oil and a bit of wasabi paste. Add it to the tuna. If there was no sufficient sauce, prepare more with the same proportions. Keep the tuna marinating in the fridge for about half an hour.
- Cut in small dices the avocados, the tomatoes and the cibol. Add salt and pepper and the juice of half a lime. Reserve.
- Roast the sesame seeds. Reserve.
- Place the mold in the plate and add two spoons of the avocado mix as a first layer. Add two spoons of the tuna on top of it. Sprinkle with the sesame seed and decorate with some BroccoCress.

Buen provecho!
