How I Found the Purpose of My Life in a Stray’s Gaze
“When I look into the eyes of an animal, I don’t see just an animal. I see a living being, a friend, a soul.”
The Purpose of Life is something that’s more than just ordinary — a purpose that shows a bigger story of what life means and how you want people to remember you.
And, this is my story. This journey is about that purpose, sparked by the look of a stray dog, and how it has become the heart of who I am.
I feel connected to dogs because the most loyalty and love that I have discovered in my life is within them.
There is a story from my life, that I would want to share.
The Encounter
30th May 2018. I discovered a dog outside my house upon returning from the hostel for a short holiday. He was in a miserable condition, with a damaged left eye and severe mange (a skin disease of mammals causing excessive itching and hair loss) covering his body. It made me sad as if he wanted me to understand his pain through his gaze. This marked the beginning of my compassion for stray dogs.
