More Than Just a Handbag
Background:
I have challenged myself to write seven fictional motivational short stories every day using my own morals and principles in life, along with some excerpts from my own journey.

There was once a girl named Aisha — a dreamer, a thinker, a woman who carried the weight of her thoughts like a never-ending ocean inside her mind.
At 27, a software engineer, she had built a life of independence, ambition, and dreams as vast as the sky. But inside, she was still learning — learning to quiet the noise of her overthinking, to find peace in the chaos of choices, and to embrace happiness in its purest form.
But this wasn’t always the case.
The old Aisha was someone who constantly sought validation — whether from family, society, or even her own self-imposed expectations. She used to measure her happiness by external standards. If she succeeded at work, she felt worthy. If she made a decision that her family disagreed with, she felt torn between being true to herself and making them happy.
