🌅 Morning

It was Tuesday — the official rest day at my gym. A golden opportunity to sleep in. Yay!

And I needed it — a chance to fix my sleep schedule. So, I slept early and woke up late, around 9:45 AM, getting ample sleep to quench the thirst of my sleep deprivation.

Getting ready, I noticed that the bloating I’d been feeling for days had finally started to vanish. Guess the ample water I drank yesterday worked.

At the office, I had their vegetable sandwich for breakfast. Ah, I love these diet days. 🥪

Then, it was time to work, so bye-bye.

🌞 Afternoon

Feeling hungry, I took a break and started writing this journal.

Soon after, I went to collect my lunch — today, I had tori (sponge gourd) with curd and two chapatis.
