The Logician is the first personal branding product within the borders of HE Group. The main idea behind founding such an organization was to help the business climb on another level. Personal branding initially represents building a reputation of your own name rather than your business.
What was our progress, why did we focus on social media, and how good or bad was our online presence in 2018?

The Logician’s Progress for 2018
Ever since we founded HE Group, we did not really stop making new ideas happen. Over the course of one year, we had a lot of progress and welcomed lots of new clients. Some of the clients became our friends, and my name somehow got recognizable in small communities.
That is when the light bulb went off.
What if we focus on building a respectable name for the face behind this all?
That face had a name, and the name I was wanted to build for myself had to be deserved.
Social Media Progress
Social media is an incredible asset when it comes to personal branding. As a matter of fact, there is probably nothing more reliable nowadays than a social media platform where you can grow your brand. And there is nothing that we did not try when it comes to social media optimization and growth.
The results were outstanding, in most cases.
Before beginning with each social media network, we had many brainstorming sessions. The best ideas that came out of there were our strategies and guides to maximize the reach and grow our audience. We read everything there is, we combined our knowledge skills, and competencies to bring the best results altogether.
Most of our focus was put on content. I’ve lost count on just how much content we have written on every platform we are using.
We started off with the basics, and something more.
After our brainstorm meetings, the team of HE Group was beyond ready to take this step.
Some networks immediately hit off, others required more attention and patience. After all, building an audience takes time and effort. You present your ideas and worldviews to thousands if not millions of people, and chances are that not everyone will be on the same page as you.
However, those that are, know that they will always be here for you. They will be a faithful audience that will engage with everything you do, and they will give valuable feedback on everything you do. Basically, your audience will become your guide. You just need to know the right ways to listen to them.
To give a more detailed preview of the networks, it’s important to note that we found a purpose for each of the networks we started using.
Facebook and Twitter are mostly used for sharing the content we post, from our other platforms. Besides, they both are excellent social media networks for engaging with your audience and keeping an eye on their positive or negative critiques.
LinkedIn is a business platform, so we decided to use its potential in order to build better business relationships and to attract people with similar worldviews such as mine. As a part of the LinkedIn project, in 2018 we implemented another sub-project which turned out to be quite helpful for personal use. Namely, we developed a progress tracking system through which we publicly present our achievements and failures. The tracking system was an excellent idea because it boosted our motivation as a team and it made it easier to see what we are doing right or wrong and how we can improve.
Quora immediately was turned into the main platform for communicating with our readers on a more personal level. Through our question answers on this Q&A platform, I’ve met so many people, and formed many friendships along the way.
Without good management, we would not have been able to organize so many networks and projects. This would be different today. Thankfully, we all worked together and over the year we definitely improved in the field of management.
We also had help from many tools that we used in 2018 and will continue using in the future as well.
For starters, we developed a Content Calendar system, where we neatly organized all of our articles and every piece of content we had prepared for posting or was already posted.
We developed a Social Media Calendar and we also used Buffer to coordinate with our accounts and the posting on them.
In 2018 we also implemented a few other tools that have proven to be quite helpful in the work we’ve done in the past 12 months. Some of them were Slack, Asana, and Google Drive. The combination of these three made the work of the whole team much easier. We used them for communication, for coordinating the responsibilities and for storing data.
These are the basics that deserved to be mentioned. Behind them, there were countless attempts, tools, and strategies that in one way or the other are responsible for our success and growth in 2018.
Yes, team progress. Building a personal brand is not an easy thing to do. It’s a bold choice that demands your full attention and a large portion of your time and resources.
To build a personal brand you require focus, determination, and hard work. But most of all — you need content.
Personal branding is nothing without content, or even better, the right content. You need quality plans + quality content. These two equal a quality product. To get this result, of course, you need the right team behind you.
No matter what the main focus is, even with personal branding, the main element for the best online presentation is a good and organized team.
Considering everything we managed to achieve, our teamwork has proven to be flawless, and in the past year, we upgraded our game with many team building activities.

The more people trust you as a person the more they will trust your company as well. Therefore, personal branding is a kind of a push for all segments of the business.
And we did.
Considering just how little time The Logician has been active, the results and feedback we good were amazing and beyond encouraging.
We even have visible stats that can prove this. What I learned the hard way is that success does not come overnight. Therefore I decided to track my progress, and as I already mentioned above, I chose LinkedIn as the network where I will update the audience on my progress.

Personal branding is not an easy thing to do, and it might take me years until I finally reach my goals.
Today, The Logician is the name I go by because I am my own personal brand. I want to share my voice with the world.
A process like this requires a lot of patience before anything else. You connect with people and clients personally, thus you have to be very careful, respectful and patient along the way.
A good reputation is extremely hard to build but extremely easy to lose.
So no matter what happens, I will never let anything ruin this for me. Not after everything that I have done in order to get where I am. I will strive to become a better version of myself and focus on both business and personal growth.
Regardless of the resources or how many people you know, when it comes to starting and running your own business, millions of questions arise.
What if it doesn’t work?
What if people don’t like it?
What if I don’t make it?
No one can guarantee you success. You are the only person who can determine yourself to succeed. Due to this reason, you should definitely always be on a lookout for opportunities.
And when one opportunity comes across, make sure you grab it.
