Day of Unity

The Texas High School Democrats, the High School Republicans of Texas, the Texas Junior Statesmen of America, and multiple CONFIRMED Texas political figures such as Gilberto Hinojosa, the chair of the Texas Democratic Party, and Ted Cruz are coming together to combat political polarization. On March 25, 2018, we will be hosting a convention to advocate for “person before politics” beliefs. With toxic divisiveness taking grip of our country and after the unity seen in Hurricane Harvey’s aftermath, this convention will encourage civil discourse and take on our country’s greatest challenge today.
