EDI-Staffbuilders on TV Patrol: Hundreds of Registered Nurses Needed in Finland and Germany

Two weeks ago, Mr. Cesar Averia Jr., president and CEO of EDI-Staffbuilders International, and I were interviewed by ABS-CBN Europe Senior News Correspondent Rose Eclarinal about one of hottest topics in the world today: Overseas Employment.
During the interview, we shared the latest job openings in Europe that EDI-Staffbuilders International can offer to healthcare professionals — registered nurses for Germany and practical nurses for Finland.
For the past four years, EDI-Staffbuilders International has been recruiting registered nurses for Germany and boasts of having dispatched over two hundred nurses within that period of time.
For Finland, EDI has been recruiting hospitality and healthcare professionals for the past six years. Our client in Finland opened the market for Filipinos by recruiting Finnish-speaking chefs and nurses.
Two of our recruited nurses were interviewed and were asked to share their overall experience with regard to EDI’s recruitment process. They also shared about minor expenses incurred, the rigid language training, and what made them decide to work in Europe.
For both countries, EDI’s clients offer free German and Finnish language training, allowances, gadgets, and free documentary assistance leading to visa issuance and relocation. Both countries offer long-term employment, which could lead to permanent residency and immigration, upon completion of certain citizenship requirements.
For the recruitment in the Philippines through EDI-Staffbuilders International, there is no placement fee.
In totality and in essence, our main objective is to recruit Filipino professionals and showcase our excellence in the fields of healthcare, hotel & restaurant, hospitality, information technology, and engineering. By doing so, we contribute to providing better-quality lives to fellow Filipinos aspiring to work overseas.
For me, Ms. Eclarinal did not just deliver an excellent integration of facts, information, videos, and sound bites, but also a glimmer of hope during this time of pandemic.
Sooner or later, we will all see light at the end of the tunnel, but most importantly, we still see the light.
