A place to start

A brief positive tip. I have no link to, nor investment in this app or their company! Just a personal review.

Finding substance in the age of overwhelming & meaningless information takes time, trial, a lot of disappointment and more time then most of us have. But a remedy to constant multi-tasking, though the internet suggests thousands, I have found this one that doesn’t add to the angst online! I am skeptical of anything that uses terms like “mindfulness” “meditation” “zen” etc. But this app have been a great tool to start taking control.

It only asks for a 3 minute commitment, and has made the effort to provide a function unique to your need.
