You think you have the time. You don’t.

I’m late to discover this important concept in 2017. “Time is fleeting, madness takes control . . . But listen closely, not for very much longer . . .”

What you are putting off right now, someone else is producing. Now is not the time to hesitate. We are bombarded with planned, targeted, calculated curated content, limiting our exposure and critical thinking skills.

Stop hesitating, stop planning, stop doubting your own value. The potential reach of your audience today is massive, your narrative, if it’s real, true and relevant, will resonate with someone. It’s your duty to society to share a real feelings, opinions, failures, efforts. The information and personalities we are exposed to online are fine tuned to reflect an ideal version of life that you will follow and subscribe to their life advice.

The potential for success across so many platforms and creative outlets is also more then ever before. And if you are going to live life to it’s fullest, it’s your duty to at least attempt all the options available to you.

The risk of being original, and not a generic product of a persona, is less likes, fewer followers. But being true to yourself, and expressing and sharing your passions, adventures, misadventures and especially failures, will reflect and prove you a genuine character. Mental and physical health suffers when your online character conflicts with your true self.

Nothing is secret in the age of information. Make sure that everywhere you express yourself, you are proud of your effort and always offer a real reflection of what lies close to your heart, the people, brands, and habits that define you and you live by everyday.

Despite being connected globally and instantly, many people find themselves lonelier then ever. Audiences are craving real, flawed, unedited humans to relate to.
