Who is Lucy?
She was a sweet, sensitive mother figure to Cooper. A little black lab who leaned into your leg if she liked you; she sensed if you were a dog person.
When Lucy came over to hang out with us, she and Cooper would play until she decided it was time to relax — then they would just be together.
Lucy was older than Cooper, and she took him under her wing, quietly looking out for him. When Cooper appeared to need a defender, she was it — adamantly.
Lucy has earned her angel wings 🌈 a lovely double set if that were possible, and she is deeply missed.
