Officer Burke’s funeral service is underway and who knew Omar Epps would get the chance to play Officer Malcolm as “Bishop” in this scene. If you get the reference, then you are my kind of readers. With her death, Captain Baptiste wishes to quickly close up her case and tells Malcolm if he finds anything dirty in her files, let him know. Outside of the service, Burke’s father rips into Detective Foyle for her relationship with his daughter. He partially blames her for Burke’s suicide. Foyle locks eyes with Malcolm — appearing to suspect something is up with him.

Marvin found somebody to help him with Sal — DeMo. At this point, DeMo needs to be on payroll chile! Marvin and DeMo are disguised as postal workers, waiting outside of the church for Sal to come outside. Sal kept his promise to his wife to be present for the christening of their grandchild. When the family exits the church, Marvin waits for Sal to hand the baby over. As he poses with his wife for a family picture, Marvin gets a clear head shot and kills Sal.
