‘POWER BOOK IV: FORCE’ Season 2 Episode 2 ‘Great Consequence’
Editor Bianca Gregg brings you ‘Power Book IV: Force’ Season two recaps each Friday. Focusing on Tommy Egan, a fan-favorite, who is now building his own empire in Chicago. The show features new faces, and new threats as Tommy begins his quest to be his own boss.
So ya’ll… this week we are having a simple QUICK-CAP because for us here at the Lyons Den, we had a week of saying bye to some of the people we loved dearly. This quick-cap is dedicated to Dr. Samuel W. Jay and Norwood Allen, we will miss you two DEARLY!
So here are the most important details from episode two of ‘Power Book IV’:
● Jenard tells his crew try to kill Tommy in retaliation for killing Chewy.
● Walter is in deep trouble with Dublin because he is not bringing in the money he used too.
● Walter buys a bad batch of pills to sell to help in his effort to pay off Dublin.
● Claudia is sleeping with Brendan Doyle, from the Dublin crew, in order to get info on Walter’s deal.
● Diamond tells Jenard he knows he gave the orders to his crew to kill Tommy.
● Jenard tells Diamond he knows he and Tommy sent the Serbs after him.
● Vic tells Walter that Claudia was the one making and distributing Dahlia with Tommy.
● Walter tries to bring Vic back into the business to distribute his new pills. Vic says no so he goes to Claudia with the same ask.
● The Serbs try to take out Miguel and his crew in a drive-by. Tommy takes a bullet for Miguel.
● The US Attorney and DEA aren’t allowed to assemble a task force. Stacy asks the DOJ to help get one up and running but Stacy has a previous history of being a whistle blower against the Chicago Police Department.
● Vic agrees to go back to work with Walter, but only if Claudia is cut out.
● Tommy and Diamond steal Miguel’s shipment, making it look like it was the Serbs.
● Lil K takes a shot at Tommy after a direct order to stand down and accidentally kills a little girl.
● At the scene of the innocent girl’s death, DiFranco agrees to help US Attorney Stacy Marks get her task force.
Takeaways:
A war is on the horizon ya’ll and I am interested to see who ends up reigning supreme. It had better not be them Flynn’s, EYE know that much!
For Vic to be so down in the dumps about Gloria, he should have been put a bullet in his dad’s chest. See that cowardliness is what got Gloria killed in the first place.
Claudia is the smarter Flynn, don’t like her but facts are facts.
That little girl being killed was so tragic. You know I want to see some get back on Special K, I mean Lil K.
Walter so behind on his bills he turned into a scammer chile.
