R&B legend, Usher Raymond, is set to headline Super Bowl LVIII halftime show on February 11th, 2024. You can catch the official promo video released by Apple Music here:

Usher and R&B fans have been rejoicing at the announcement that came earlier this morning. Usher’s career is nothing short of legendary, releasing his self-titled first studio album ‘Usher’ at the age of 16 back in 1994. His career took off and has not let up with a total of 10 studio albums, once his forthcoming project releases.

Usher’s forth studio album ‘Confessions’ is certified diamond. He has had two multi-platinum albums with ‘My Way’ and ‘8701,’ along with two platinum albums with ‘Here I Stand’ and ‘Raymond V. Raymond.’ He sold 43 million albums worldwide and 23 million in the U.S. Usher has a total of nine number ones and eighteen top ten singles on the Billboard Hot 100. The cherry on top of his storied career, his Las Vegas Residency which made him an easy choice for the Halftime show performance — considering SBLVIII will be in Vegas next year.

The NFL got it right with this pick. A true R&B legend, whose catalog has stood the test of time. We are all looking forward to the show we know Usher is going to put on.

Rumor has it, Usher’s new album will also release the same day as his performance!
