a melting spell of de-stressing

your constellation into blessing

toe-tipping, finger-dripping

replenished to pour

orbed flowing, softly glowing

anointed to the shore

grace dripping, sky slipping

milky ways splashing bright

arising, delight surprising

Recipe for Stardust Infusion

Ingredients

6 Tablespoons coarse salt
3 Tablespoons Epsom salts
1 Tablespoon baking soda
Lavender oil and/or lavender buds

1. Take these ingredients — as if they were your own indigo insights, fizzy idealism and salty common sense — and combine them in a unique mixture.
2. Fill a bathtub full of hot water. Begin to grow misty.
3. Sprinkle your stardust infusion across the surface and prepare to dissolve.
4. Switch off the lights and spark candles in your own private universe.
5. Unwind gracefully in a swirl, before toe-tipping into a liquid infusion.
6. Fully immerse yourself until you begin to glow.
