An instructor's thoughts from the mat

I lost my mat, the ground is wet, there might be bugs, for this I fret.

My teacher does it this way, why can't you teach the same?

I forgot my new water bottle and for this, I have much shame.

"Those leggings are from Wal-Mart! How embarrassing for her!"

Mine are Lululemon, nothing less for me procured.

I eat my kale and chant all day how dare you interrupt my ways.

But this my friends is not the way, listen, let me plead my case...

We breathe
We move
We talk
We hug
We pray
We hope
We dream
We love

This is yoga, real and pure.
