A girl is like a yellow butterfly

Source of hope and clean friendship
With black strips
Like a tigress in jungle roaring under sky.

As she enters our room
It’s like she entered our life
We see her under bright light
We admire her beauty
‘She’s so pretty’
As she moves in room
She become core part of our attraction
All eyes are on her.

She sits on my study
I pray, she may keep sitting there
And become a part of my imagination
But then she leaves table and fly away
Taking away my source of knowledge

She sits on window
On clothes
On tube lights
Saying I am here
And they are part of me.

She flies up and down
As my life goes through ups and downs
Making me believe don’t worry
I am here.

A fear comes she doesn’t fly too high
So, she could be destroyed by ceiling fan
I switched off the fan
She left the room
Saying, I came to dye for you
Now you are safe,
I’ll go.
