The future of AI within enterprise and consumer life

Through these last few years, the consumer has seen an influx of Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms, helping maximize daily value and experiences. These AI advances have made such a profound impact, enterprises are rallying behind the fact that this is our future. We have seen Tech Giants (Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft, DeepMind, Google, and IBM) create the “Partnership on Artificial Intelligence”, and recently, we saw/heard Apple’s announcements at WWDC 2017. These strides in groundbreaking technology continuously push us to new heights not only in business, but in the consumers life making their everyday life a whole lot better….oh and easier!

So lets dive deep looking how AI is making an impact on both enterprises and consumers. Below you will an example with explanations on how implementation of such technology effect enterprises / consumers also with why this is important.

Enterprises & AI
How-
Its quite simple guys, these ever-learning nets of AI making vast strides within ones business. For instance, implementation of these technologies will allow select sets to concentrate on looking for flags that signal risk. AI having access to vast amounts of data, with huge quantities of information stored on expanding nets, will allow it to think through every response thoroughly, carefully researching all relevant data, without any humans- noticeable slow-downs. This is a key factor in saving time & mitigation within human error.
Why -
This is important because its a major shift in technology. Not only does this change the way we approach campaigns, but it changes how we conduct business. More automation? Less people?….. Or is it, smarter people with impeccable assistance. These individuals will be able to work at a higher overall efficiency all while stregthening each departments digital infrastructure. Thats the dream.

Consumers & AI
How-
Believe it or not, Bill Gates once said “I hire the laziest ones, not because they’re dumb, but because they will find the fastest way to the solution.” AI is that lazy guy. AI’s implementation in consumer goods changes everything. It will ultimately learn the likes of the consumer, how she / he functions on a day to day basis all while studying different data peronalized to each specific individual. This allows the AI to make seamless reactions bettering the everyday life of the consumer.
Why -
Because, if you think Siri is a “good” AI, just know Siri is just a cute chat bot and no serious form of AI by any means. So just picture yourself being able to say “hey Siri, send those files I sent to you earlier to my boss, while ordering me a pizza, and sending an invite for pizza to all of my real friends” and before you finish, its already done… oh and paid for! Eventually, the AI will track patterns in your messaging (stated above in the how ex. data segments), and figure out who your real friends are. Thats why.
So just keep in mind, these strides in technology will forever shape both enterprises and consumer. These are exciting times and everyone of you should be looking forward to what’s coming.
