We are looking for customer experience officer

Markhor is looking for a Customer Experience Officer at our Lahore office. You will be face of our company in making sure that every customer has a positive experience interacting with Markhor. You will handle all emails, social media inquiries and order notes etc. You will be expected to go quickly and thoroughly to solve issues brought to you by the customers. You will work with our leadership team to develop initiatives that improve customer experience. You will trust others before you want people to trust you.

Goals:

  • Handling all support requests with urgency and efficiency. Customer satisfaction is not negotiable at Markhor.
  • Work with related team members to answer questions regarding pre-orders, customization and returns etc.
  • Efficiently use our customer service software (Zendesk, Slack and Google Drive).
  • Follow up with customers, get testimonials, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and passion for solving problems.
  • Critical eye for detail and efficiency.
  • Self organizational skills i.e. you don’t require micromanagement.
  • Excited about exploring new ways to connect with our customers.

Compensation:
Markhor offers competitive compensation package and equity in the company. This is subjected to skills and experience, and can be discussed during the interview.
