Medford Black Diamonds Play in UGSL Championship Game

Medford’s own Black Diamonds Girl’s Fast Pitch Softball team played Florence in the UGSL Championship on June 27.

The home town Diamond girls kept the game close but could not fend off their opponent. In a close 5–1 loss they finished in second place overall in the Liberty Division.

The Medford Black Diamonds Softball program fields teams from 9–18 years old. Tryouts for the Fall season will be held at the end of July. Interested players should contact myaacoach@yahoo.com
