Obit: Catherine (Katie) Ronan Dannheiser
There will be a celebration of Katie’s life at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 20.
Catherine (Katie) Ronan Dannheiser was born in Middletown, N.Y. on April 23, 1962, to Newton F. Ronan, Jr. and Regina Markham Ronan. She died suddenly of a heart attack on Dec. 17, 2018. Katie is survived by her husband, Mark, and two children, Paul and Olivia. She is also survived by her brother Newt and sisters Mary Jean, Margaret, Bernadette, Gina and Maria and their spouses, 12 nieces and nephews, their children and many cousins. In addition to her departed parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Joseph and Christopher.
Growing up in Rockland County, N.Y., Katie graduated from Suffern High School and Orange County Community College. Katie then settled with her family in Medford, N.J. for most of her adult life where she worked as a dental hygienist. Katie was often identified by her gorgeous curly, red hair. She was smart and beautiful and had a quick and ironic sense of humor.
There will be a celebration of Katie’s life at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019 at the Lake Pine Colony Club, 2 Chestnut Road, Medford, N.J.
