YMCA Camp Ockanickon hosts Labor Day Family Weekend and other upcoming events

Other events include Annual Campaign Kickoff Breakfast and Father/Child Weekend.

The following events are coming to YMCA Camp Ockanickon in early September:

Labor Day Family Weekend (Sept. 1–4): Families can make s’mores by a campfire, enjoy comfortable cabins, have fun in the great outdoors and disconnect from interruptions! Family Camp is a great way to participate in overnight fun and is open to everyone. Cost: Adults: $145/cabin, $180/lodge. Teens (13–17): $130/cabin, $160/lodge. Children (5–12): $120/cabin, $145/lodge. The event is free to ages 4 and under.

Annual Campaign Kick-Off Breakfast (Sept. 13): This event will be an opportunity to experience the impact of camp through the heartfelt testimonials of alumni and scholarship recipients. This will also be an opportunity to learn our goals for 2018 and beyond. The Annual Campaign ensures that every children and teens have access to the camp’s wide-array of programs including summer camp, quality before and after school care and environmental education. Father/Child Weekend (Sept. 15–17): The camp will provide hours of canoeing, hiking, archery and climbing, capped off by an evening campfire and settling in for the night in rustic cabins. Cost: $75/Adults $60/Teens (13–17) $50/Children (5–12). Free to ages 4 and under.
