High-School Memoir in 100 Words

There were thirty-something of us in the class.

One died the spring before graduation. Another two died later on, too soon.

About half of us are living in different countries, spread across continents. Those who stayed have buried themselves in work and traffic on the way back home each day.

The two couples that were in love in the final year got married - and then divorced. The girl in the one couple and the boy in the other still haven’t managed to get over it.

There are plans to pull down the school building.

High school, life in another lifetime!
