NFTs to add The Beatles and John Lennon images to its collections

Julian, John Lennon’s son, is looking at selling the original picture of his father during the sale of the Lennon Collection. Along with the photos, he’s going to sell pictures of the black coat John wore in the Help! movie. Let’s not forget he promised to add handwritten notes by John Lennon’s during the time of the Beatles.

The MLB article sold for millions of dollars at auction

We all agree to be fans of our greatest stars or players ,but how much are you willing to spend to acquire articles used by your favourite star? The question is produced in baseball. The “Laws of Baseball” document which was first written by Daniel Lucius Adam which detailed all the rules of baseball was sold on auction for $3.26 million.

A whopping sum of $170 million to Tom Brady’s Autograph

When Tom Brady co-founded Autograph, his NFT agency, he might not have expected it to bag as much as it does today. With investments from Silicon Valley’s top investors, the company now weighs $170 million.

Old tankard in exchange for a thousand dollars at memorabilia

When sisters Karen Douglas and Nicki Lane stumbled upon a tankard belonging to Tom Sawyer, they had expected it to for a few thousands at auction houses. When the tankard was to be sold however, it was taken possession over for approximately $27,000 dollars.

Sandbox to host Warner Music’s virtual concert

Moving with the traffic the Metaverse is creating, Warner Music Group is looking towards creating a virtual concert. The concert will be held on the Ethereum based game, Sandbox, and people who will be in attendance are to buy tickets using NFTs. Although they haven’t specified who will be singing yet, the likes of Meek Mill and Ed Sheeran are one of those expected to perform.

The US$252,000 trash can

In 2017, an NFT artist sold the image of a trash can for US$252,000! According to him, he thinks the image was found on Google, as he can’t recall where he got it from. The image which was initially banned was reinstated two years later, before selling for the tremendous amount it did.

GameStop is finally giving the start

After a year of showing interests in the world of cryptocurrency, the game store is finally making a move on it. They will be using Immutable X, a platform on the Ethereum based Blockchain. GameStop also intends to add a $100 million funding once the digital store is open to users.
