A few months ago, CryptoMories welcomed ImpactSuite into Web3. Since then, they’ve partnered with Psychedelics Anonymous, Ezu, and Flomies.

What is it?

Impactsuite is a mental health wellness app package. Besides their primary app, they offer five different self-care apps depending on your Journey:

  1. Personal Growth
  2. Depression & Anxiety
  3. Substance Abuse
  4. Sexual Compulsivity
  5. Their newest app: Raise. This free parenting app helps educate parents on the digital dangers children face today. It covers everything from child predators to cyberbullying.
Each app is accessible on mobile and desktop.

A quick questionnaire can help you determine which apps to prioritize.

Once in the app, users get access to a calendar to stay up-to-date on their progress, learning modules, personalized goal setting, and an opportunity to connect with other users. That’s right. It has a social element and even a ranking system for those that need a gamified push!

If this isn’t enough, Impactsuite offers real one-on-one teletherapy to its (US-located) users from vetted, licensed professionals. They plan to provide international services soon. If you’re not ready for therapy, the app offers a text-based messaging system with wellness coaches.

The app will also direct you to an appropriate crisis line if you're in an emergency. All of this is presented in an easy-to-navigate UI.

What do I think?

I recommend it! 10/10

I think Impactsuite was designed with the users in mind. Users, not providers, are responsible for scheduling their follow-up appointments. Users are also not fined for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Users AND their families have access to sessions with no limit, but be aware they’re not unlimited. What? Let me explain.

Impactsuite follows a solution-based model, where users are directed to set and work towards goals in a semi-finite number of sessions. This is designed to be short-term and not a substitute for long-term care. Their self-care apps serve as a wonderful supplement towards self-sufficiency.

From a Web3 consumer's point of view, my small concern is the lack of knowledge providers have about Web3/NFTs. I had an interview with an Impactsuite provider. She didn’t know what an NFT was.

Impactsuite doesn’t offer providers a Web3/NFT CEU yet. Not a deal-breaker. Appropriate care can still be provided. Clinicians will learn more about these topics with increased demand.

Because of legal and valid ethical limitations, NFT projects struggle to offer Mental Health support to their communities. Many offer mental health discord channels, educational workshops, and peer-to-peer support, but none offer Therapy. At least not until now!

If you’re interested in trying out Impactsuite, buy a CryptoMorie, Psychedelic Anonymous genesis, Ezu, or Flomies (coming soon). Check out Impactsuite’s Twitter or Website to learn more.
