You only stop yourself

How frustrating is it that we know what we could achieve only if we applied ourselves. The only problem is it’s easier said then done but why? It should be as simple as if I want to be that successful, motivated person I could snap out of this rut and be that person! It all comes down to mindset and routine. For the hours that you sit and watch pointless TV you could create or do something positive. Even if you exercise for half an hour, read a book, go for a walk, wash the dishes, anything is better than sitting down thinking of all the things you could do! Action is key, just get up and do it! Make a list of what you want to achieve for the day and start ticking it off. Wake up an hour earlier, get round to doing that thing you’ve been putting off. You’ll feel so much better for it and that positivity will only develop into more motivation to aim higher and go after that goal you didn’t think was possible. You’re only stopping yourself.
