How to Change Your Brain to Re-invent Yourself and Improve Your Performance

Learning a new skill seems like a breeze for other people.

You’ve seen bloggers who dominate the internet. They weren’t really writers. They didn’t even know they can write.

But after writing 1,000 words or 3,000 words every day for six or twelve months, they claimed it made them better.

You think they are bluffing you. You roll your eyes thinking they will sell you an online course or another clickbait propaganda.

But your eyes can’t fool you. You see the actual results.

Readers swarm their posts. Comments flood under their articles.

You start to wonder what their secret is. You start to reflect if you can apply it in your field. You start to think if you can improve on your craft.

Maybe you need to drink the same protein shake they have. Maybe you need to follow the same routine they have. Maybe you need to read every single book they read.

You’ve tried most of those. But none of it still works.

Does it mean you are dumb? Does it mean your brain is weak? Does it mean you have no chance of achieving even a small portion of what they accomplished?
